Life Resumes Normally

~ Year 2384 ~

After having Borg presence on Earth and Shana now controlling the Borg in the Alpha quadrant, Starfleet has decided to promote the Romulan officer, Commander Tal to the rank captain. Tal was initially stunned, she was only under contract--for ten years, however, Starfleet made some leeway as the quadrant is short of ships and captains.

The captain's first mission is to access the outer colonies, even it's been three years or so, the quadrant is recovery slowly, conflicts between minor powers, however, Starfleet decided to focus its attention on man power.
